COVID POLICY

MYCoolEVENTS is very conscious of the safety of all its patrons.  For this reason, our event will gather less than 100 people, in this way we are able to strictly control the event environment. The protocol we adhere to is regarding the advice of the Queensland Government. The following is the current Queensland advice and applies to participants, staff, and contractors.
 

  • Persons entering the venue will be required to log on with the QR code and register on the COVID safe app.

  • Keep a safe distance of 1.5m apart.

  • An introduction to our EVENT housekeeping includes our Covid rules.

  • Hand sanitisers will be available upon entry and during the EVENT.

  • We ask that all participants/carers/support workers/nominee to adhere to our policy and not attend these events if they are unwell, have flu symptoms or generally unwell. We have a contact form on our website and ask if anyone seeking coupon to let us know and have a valid reason before we issue a coupon.

  • PLEASE STAY HOME IF YOU ARE FEELING UNWELL.


Venue’s chosen by MYCoolEVENTS has a COVID Safe plan in place which incorporates a QRcode. Everyone entering the venue will be asked to register before entry.
 

  • A record of the NDIS participant details is kept with their ticket purchase via our website registration form.

  • Support Workers/nominee/carers/parents are to use the QRcode to enter their details at the venue.
     

This information will be kept and can be produced if needed by authorities.

If our event is postponed due to COVID restrictions, we will be notifying all ticket holders about the changes and coupons will be generated to the next date available once restrictions ease.
